Everonn Education Ltd to convert promoters loan into equity shares

The Board of Directors of Everonn Education Ltd at its meeting held on August 18, 2015 has proposed the Conversion of Loan into Equity by preferential allotment of Equity Shares to the Promoter Group under Section 62 (1) (c) of the Companies Act, 2013.

Shares of Everonn Education ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.27.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 27.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17664 in over 166 trades.
