IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd Board to consider Rights Issue on Aug 26, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd will be held on August 26, 2015 to consider issue of equity shares of the Company on rights basis.

Pursuant to above, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Insiders covered under the Company's "Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" from August 18, 2015 until further notice.
