Vishal Fabrics Ltd to raise Rs. 70 crores

The Board of Directors of Vishal Fabrics Ltd at its meeting held on August 17, 2015, has considered and approved the raising of funds not exceeding Rs. 70.00 Crore either by preferential allotment (Promoter and / or Non - Promoter) or Rights Issue or through any other modes, in consensus with the Securities laws and other necessary law.

The Board also took note of the resignation letter by Ms. Nitika Chiripal as a Director of the Company w.e.f. August 17, 2015 due to personal reasons.
