HIL Ltd grants 84200 options

The Nomination & Remuneration cum Compensation Committee of HIL Ltd in their meeting held on May 12, 2015, has granted 84200 Options under HIL Employees Stock Option Scheme 2015.

One option is equal to one equity share of Rupees 10 each and the exercise price is fixed as Rs. 620/-

The Vesting Period is 40% in the 3rd year and 60% in the 4th year from the date of vesting.

The option can be exercised within 4 years from the date of vesting. However this period can be extended by Nomination & Remuneration cum Compensation Committee.

Shares of HIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.789 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 787.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4662 in over 365 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 800.5 and intraday low of 770.75. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3672921.
