Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 110489 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on August 15, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 110489 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

17000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 and 21450 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006.

The Committee allotted 9606 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010 and 48929 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

The committee also allotted 13504 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.552.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 555.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 213722 in over 5533 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 564.5 and intraday low of 549.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 119069593.
