Karuturi Global Ltd approves allotment of Rhea Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Karuturi Global Ltd at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, has approved the allotment of 21,00,00,000 shares to Rhea Holdings Private Limited (A company belonging to promoter and Promote group).

The Board approved the appointment of Ms. Anitha Karuturi to officiate the position of Chief Executive officer of the company.

The Board approved the Code of Conduct of insider Trading and appointment of scrutinizer and E-voting Agency for the ensuring AGM.

Shares of KARUTURI GLOBAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.07. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1512899 in over 1002 trades.
