The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Educomp Solutions Ltd on August 13, 2015 has granted 13,00,000 Stock Options to the Employees/Director(s) of the Company/Subsidiaries under various ESOP Scheme(s) of the company, at current market price, to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each on exercise of one option.

Vesting conditions and Exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the nomination and remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP schemes.
