Capital First Ltd approves issue of Non-Convertible Debentures worth Rs. 300 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, has approved a issue of Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") for an aggregate amount of Rs. 300 Crore (Rupees Three Hundred Crore only) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.409.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 412.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30024 in over 846 trades.
