AXIS Bank Ltd allots 90170 Equity shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 90,170 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 10, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,23,66,606 (237,61,83,303 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,25,46,946 (237,62,73,473 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
