Lupin Ltd grants 2013 Options under Employees Stock Option Plan

On August 07, 2015, Lupin Ltd has granted 2013 options to their employees under "Lupin Employees Stock Option Plan 2014", at the exercise price of Rs. 2.00 each.

Further the Company has informed that, the one equity share of the face value of Rs. 2.00 each is covered by each option. The options shall be vested in a phased manner after a minimum period of 12 months and are exercisable before the exercise period of 10 years from the date of grant.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1698.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1694.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63306 in over 4242 trades.
