Consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted by Zee Learn Ltd under its ESOP Scheme, the Company has on August 06, 2015 allotted total 29,000 Equity shares consisting of 5,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share, 14,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 and 10,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1 /- each at an exercise price of Rs. 14.50 per Equity Share.
