The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of V-Mart Retail Ltd has allotted 24687 Equity Shares upon exercise of Options by the employees under the Company's Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2012.

The Date of Allotment is August 03, 2015. With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 1,80,29,926 (Nos.) to 1,80,54,613 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
