The Board of Directors of Adlabs Entertainment Ltd at its meeting held on August 03, 2015, has approved to create, grant, offer, issue and allot 3,994,891 number of Options, exercisable into equity shares to or for the benefit of such person(s) who are in permanent employment of the Company under the Scheme titled as "ADLABS Employees Stock Option Plan 2015" ("ESOP 2015") subject to approval of shareholders.
