IDFC Ltd grants 25 lakh Stock Options under ESOS

On August 03, 2015, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, IDFC Ltd has granted to its employees 25,00,000 options equivalent to 25,00,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 149.90 per equity share.

Shares of IDFC LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.150.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 149.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 776031 in over 5252 trades.
