Electrosteel Castings to issue 26 Lakhs warrants to promoters

Electrosteel Castings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007 has decided to issue upto 26 Lakhs number of share warrants to the Promoters. The price of the said warrant will be as per SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000.
