Cat Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider completion formalities in respect of GDR issue including approval of various documents and completing necessary formalities.

2. Un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter and 3 months ended June 30, 2007.
