HDFC Bank Ltd allots 2410900 Equity Shares

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on July 30, 2015 2410900 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5022916434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5027738234 equity shares of Rs. 2/-each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1107.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1108. The total number of shares traded during the day was 167809 in over 2538 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1117 and intraday low of 1101.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 186247680.
