Mphasis Ltd approves formulation of stock options plan 2015

The Board of Directors of Mphasis Ltd at its meeting held on July 29, 2015, have approved formulation of Mphasis Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2015 (RSU 2015) with the underlying shares not exceeding 2.5 million equity shares of Rs. 10/ each. The shares arising out of the exercise of RSUs is proposed to be acquired from the market.

The Company would be obtaining the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of MPHASIS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.411.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 396.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 29397 in over 1152 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 415 and intraday low of 397.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 11971460.
