The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Essar Oil Ltd has on July 29, 2015 noted forfeiture of 28,081 stock options out of the options granted by the Company pursuant to Essar Oil Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011.

Shares of ESSAR OIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.192.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 188.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 355289 in over 3929 trades.
