Binayak Tex allots 1,80,000 shares at Rs.150

Binayak Tex Processors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its rescheduled meeting held on July 20, 2007 (Original Meeting was scheduled on July 21, 2007), inter alia, has allotted 1,80,000 fully paid up equity shares at a price of Rs 150/- per share, in accordance with the power given by the members at the Extra-ordinary general meeting held on November 28, 2006 and the resolution passed by Board on November 28, 2006 and the in-principle approval received from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd on July 09, 2007.
