Saksoft allots 1,40,000 shares to Transunion Interactive Inc

Saksoft Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 1,40,000 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 223.65/- to Transunion Interactive Inc, California on a preferential basis.
