Rishi Laser EGM approves warrant issue

Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on July 12, 2007, have passed the following resolutions:

1. Issue of 7,80,000 Equity shares and 3,00,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 10/- each at premium of Rs 47/- per share / Warrant.

2. Changing the Name of the Company from "Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd" to "Rishi Laser Ltd".

3. Keeping of Register of Members and relevant records at the office of the Registrars and Transfer Agents.
