The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Dish TV India Ltd at its meeting held on July 28, 2015 have approved the grant of 73,200 stock options convertible into 73200 fully paid equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 2 (Two) Employees at an exercise price of Rs. 117.75/- per option, being the closing price at the highest trading exchange (National Stock Exchange) on July 27, 2015, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
