Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd grants 436826 stock options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd at their meeting held on July 27, 2015 has granted 436826 Stock Options to the Eligible Employees under Shilpi Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014.

Terms and conditions of the Options shall be as per the Shilpi Employees Stock Option Scheme 2014, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and other applicable provisions.
