Indusind Bank Ltd allots 274425 Equity Shares under the Company's Employee Stock Options Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 274425 (Two Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on July 27, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
