Geometric Ltd grants 418100 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Geometric Ltd at its meeting held on July 27, 2015 has granted 418,100 options to an employee of the subsidiary of the Company. Each vested option shall be convertible into One Equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at the exercise price. The vested options shall be exercisable within such period not exceeding five years from the date of the grant.
