Info Edge (India) Ltd formulates ESOS, 2015

The Board of Directors of Info Edge (India) Ltd at its meeting held on July 27, 2015, has considered and approved the formulation of Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2015 under Info Edge Employees Stock Option Plan Trust ("Trust") including authority to issue fresh shares to Trust, from time to time, to the extent of 3% of paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on March 31, 2015, (being 120,216,159 shares of Rs. 10 each) i.e. 3,606,484 equity shares, subject to approval of the shareholders (through postal ballot and e-voting) and other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals.
