KPIT Technologies Ltd approves grant of 30000 options

The HR & Compensation (Nomination & Remuneration) Committee of the Board of Directors of KPIT Technologies Ltd, at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, has approved the grant of 30,000/- options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006, at an exercise price of Rs. 111.65/- per share (being the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on the previous trading day) to the employee(s) of the Company.

The options shall vest over a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of grant and the options shall be exercisable within a period of 3 years after the date of vesting.

Each option shall carry the right to be issued one equity share of the Company.

Shares of KPIT Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.106.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 106.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 184861 in over 2183 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 110 and intraday low of 104.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19801225.
