The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Aurobindo Pharma Ltd on July 22, 2015, has allotted 29,19,82,275 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the shareholders of the Company who held the shares on the Record Date i.e., July 21, 2015 as Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 29,19,82,275 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to 58,39,64,550 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
