Salzer Electronics Ltd closes QIP

In respect of the QIP, the Sub Committee (the "Committee") of Salzer Electronics Ltd has at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, approved the closure of the Bid on July 21, 2015.

The issue price of Rs. 235.00, after giving discount of 4.99% i.e. Rs. 12.33 per Equity Share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 247.33 per Equity Share as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations and shareholders' approval dated July 10, 2015, for the Equity Shares to be issued and allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in the QIP and approval of issue of Confirmation Allocation Note for the allocation of 26,41,000 Equity Shares to the Qualified Institutional Buyers.

Shares of SALZER ELECTRONICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.312.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 272.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1082338 in over 11483 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 322 and intraday low of 272.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 326413422.
