Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd allots 30 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, has allotted 30,00,000 warrants to persons belonging to the promoter group and non-promoter group. An amount equivalent to 25% of the issue price has been received from them, which now entitles them to apply for an equivalent number of equity shares on payment of balance 75% of the issue price within 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants.

Shares of Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.72 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 74.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40549 in over 263 trades.
