Wipro Ltd Grants 75000 Restricted Stock Units

Wipro Ltd has granted 75,000 (Seventy Five Thousand) Restricted Stock Units with grant date as July 15, 2015 to its identified employee.

The grant of above Restricted Stock Units are in line with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended from time to time and as per the terms of the Restricted Stock Unit Plans.

These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
