Phoenix Mills Ltd closes QIP issue at Rs. 353.60

In respect of the QIP, the Capital Raising Committee (the "Committee") of the Board of directors of Phoenix Mills Ltd, at its meeting held on July 14, 2015, has approved and declared the closure of the QIP on July 14,2015.

The Board approved the issuance of upto 7,991,907 equity shares of face value 2 each ('Equity Shares') at an issue price of Rs. 353.60 per Equity Share to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers ("Issue Price ').

The Board also approved and adopted the placement document dated July 14,2015.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.365.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 361.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3375 in over 144 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 369 and intraday low of 358. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1227405.
