Pursuant to the approval of the Members by way of Postal Ballot on July 03, 2015, the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of IMP Powers Ltd at its Meeting held on July 14, 2015, allotted 1,63,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 80/- per share (including premium of Rs. 70/- per share) amounting to Rs. 1,31,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty One Lacs Only) on preferential basis to Advance Transformers & Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (the Promoter Group Company), as per the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time and the Companies Act, 2013.
