NHPC Ltd raises Rs. 1475 crores through Issue of 'T' Series Bond

The issue of NHPC 'T' Series Bond amounting to Rs. 1475 Crs through Private Placement at a coupon rate of 8.50% opened on July 14, 2015 and has been fully subscribed. These Bonds are issued with a maturity period of 15 Years with 3 years moratorium period and redeemable in 12 equal installments starting from the end of 4th Year.

Shares of NHPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 647067 in over 1864 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.2 and intraday low of 18.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 12302629.
