A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd to grant 45 lakh stock options

The ESOP Compensation Committee of A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd in its meeting duly held on July 06, 2015 had decided to grant 45,00,000 (Forty Five Lacs) Stock Options to the eligible employees of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies under A2Z Employee Stock Option Plan, 2014 ('ESOP Scheme'). These options are convertible into equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the time of exercise of option. The exercise price of the option is Rs. 15.50 (Rupees Fifteen and Fifty Paisa only) each which is NSE Closing market price as of the end of the trading hours on July 03, 2015.

The vesting conditions and exercise period for the stock options has decided by the Compensation Committee as per the terms and conditions of the respective ESOP Scheme.

Shares of A2Z MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING SERVICES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.21.41 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 18.16. The total number of shares traded during the day was 467933 in over 2425 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 21.79 and intraday low of 18.11. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9419320.
