Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd to allot 707500000 shares

The Board of Directors of Allied Computers International (Asia) Ltd at its meeting held on July 02, 2015, has decided to allot 70,75,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each (in lieu of convertible warrants issued) on preferential basis to those allottees who have exercised their rights of conversion.

The Company has already taken approval of the shareholders in EGM held on March 05, 2014 and the warrants were allotted on April 29, 2014.
