Compuage Infocom Ltd to allot 11 lakh sahres

The Board of Directors of Compuage Infocom Ltd at its meeting held on June 30, 2015, has decided to issue and allot on June 30, 2015, 11,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") at a price of Rs. 90.90 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 80.90 per Equity Share), aggregating to Rs. 9,99,90,000 in accordance with Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules made thereunder) and Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended.
