Idea Cellular Ltd allots 375889 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated June 25, 2015 allotted 375,889 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further, the Company has note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,598,712,144 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,987.121,440/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.172 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 679198 in over 2711 trades.
