Capital Trust Ltd allots 72705 Shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Capital Trust Ltd through a resolution passed at its meeting held on June 24, 2015 , has allotted 72,705 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the allottees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the various CFL - Employee Stock Option Schemes.

With the allotment of the above shares, the equity base of the Company stands increased from present level of 9,10,25,519 (Nos.) to 9,10,98,224 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of CAPITAL TRUST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.256 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 260.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14343 in over 314 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 270 and intraday low of 254.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3807328.
