Castex Technologies Ltd allots 1950754 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Castex Technologies Ltd in their meeting held on June 24, 2015 allotted 19,50,754 Equity Shares at Rs. 103.005/- per share upon the Conversion of FCCB's of US $ 4 Million out of FCCB's Issue of US $ 130 Million.

The Committee further allotted 1,08,421 Equity Shares at Rs. 103.005/- per shares upon Conversion of FCCBs of US $ 0.2 Million out of FCCBs issue of US $ 70 Million.
