Wockhardt Ltd allots 132500 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011

The Share Allotment Committee of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 132,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on June 24, 2015, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options by the employees under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

Pursuant to the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 550,364,515/- (110,072,903 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 551,027,015/- (110,205,403 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
