Shriram EPC Ltd calls for Board Meeting on June 26, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Shriram EPC Ltd will be held on June 26, 2015 to consider & approve the allotments on Preferential Basis.

The Board will consider proposal for allotment of equity shares to the CDR lenders in lieu of the FITL, allotment of equity shares to the CDR lenders in lieu of the sacrifice and allotment of equity shares to the Promoter - SIHL.
