HDFC Bank Ltd allots 2491200 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on June 24, 2015, 2491200 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employee Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5017934034 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 5022916434 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1045.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1050.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 51878 in over 1944 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1055 and intraday low of 1043. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 54428540.
