Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Infosys Ltd, the Board in its meeting held on June 22, 2015 granted 1,24,061 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to Dr. Vishal Sikka (CEO and Managing Director). The grant price of the RSU is Rs. 5/- per RSU. The RSU grant will be subject to the terms, definitions, and provisions of the 2011 RSU Plan.
