Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 125630 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on June 22, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 125630 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

7620 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000 and 19000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006. 25480 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010, 41530 equity shares on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 32000 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
