Mobile Tele Communications Ltd to consider preferential issue to strategic investors

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mobile Tele Communications Ltd will be held on June 25, 2015, to consider the proposal to issue up to 2,50,00,000 (Twenty five Million) Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each on preferential basis to non promoters strategic investors.

The Board will also consider the appointment of two foreign nationals Mr. Patrick Roman and Mr. Yeung Tin Hung as additional directors of the company.
