Asya Infosoft Ltd calls for Board Meeting on June 26, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Asya Infosoft Ltd will be held on June 26, 2015, to approve conversion of fully paid Equity warrants Into Equity shares of Rs. 10 each as mentioned In the EGM notice dated March 25, 2015.

The Board will also consider appointment of Amisha Rajendrabhai Gandhi as Company Secretary.
