GV Films Ltd allots 368627833 shares

The Board of Directors of GV Films Ltd at its Meeting held on June 19, 2015 have considered, approved and allotted 36,86,27,833 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up in lieu of 36,86,27,833 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, pursuant to reduction of Share capital approved the Shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting dated September 30, 2014 and sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court Bombay vide order dated April 10, 2015.
