Amtek Auto Ltd clarifies on FCCB issue

Amtek Auto Ltd has clarified with reference to the news flashed on CNBC, dated June 18, 2015 titled "The Company facing trouble with $70 million FCCB issue".

"The Company has not issued FCCB of US$70 Mn. This statement is factually not correct.

The Company has been reporting all the significant & material information to the exchanges."

Shares of AMTEK AUTO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.133.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2967665 in over 24010 trades.
